Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, the usual first step is to bring it up with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider who keeps falling short may be removed. Keep in mind that Additionshed Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, give refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider, and then reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
